Our store is hosted on clickEshop.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance. All product prices are listed in EUR and are final, as shown with the product. The final price including any applicable shipping fees is clearly displayed in the shopping cart before confirming the order. Please note that Peter Kovács – oboe-reeds.com is not a VAT payer.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available online only. These may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange per our Refund Policy. We strive for accuracy in displaying colors and images, but cannot guarantee your monitor’s display accuracy. We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction, and to discontinue any product. We do not guarantee product quality or error-free services. The delivery time of products ranges from 3 to 21 days depending on availability. The estimated delivery time and shipping method are shown during the checkout process, based on the selected shipping option.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We may refuse any order and limit or cancel quantities per customer. In such cases, we may contact you using provided details. SECTION 20 - PRODUCT INFORMATION

The product is a reed for an oboe or English horn made personally by the e-shop operator, all other information is provided in the product description in the e-shop.

All products and services offered on our website are described as accurately as possible. The final price of each item is displayed with the product and in the cart before purchase, including applicable shipping fees. As we are not VAT registered, prices do not include VAT. Information on product availability is provided individually per item, and items available on backorder will indicate estimated delivery time.

 

 

SECTION 21 - ORDERING AND CONTRACT FORMATION

By placing an order through our website, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products. Once we receive your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation via email. The purchase contract becomes valid once your payment is accepted and processed. All confirmed orders are considered final and binding.

 

SECTION 22 - PAYMENT TERMS

You may pay using available payment methods including credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other options offered at checkout. All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise specified. Any fees associated with the payment method will be shown before confirming your order.

 

SECTION 23 - DELIVERY TERMS

We deliver through various courier services. The price of delivery and available shipping methods are shown during checkout. Products are shipped within 3 to 21 days depending on availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we will assist with claims if goods are damaged during transport. If it is not possible to ship the goods on time, the buyer has the option to cancel the order and the money for the ordered goods and shipping costs will be refunded within 14 days.

 

SECTION 25 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us via email and return the goods in their original condition. In case of withdrawal from the contract, use the sample withdrawal form and send it to info@oboereeds.com. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Exceptions: reeds, custom-made items, or opened personal-use products are non-returnable for hygienic and functional reasons.

 

SECTION 26 - WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS

All products are covered by a statutory warranty period of 24 months for consumers. If your item is faulty or does not match the description, you may submit a complaint by contacting us via email. Complaints will be handled within 30 days of receipt.

 

SECTION 27 - DATA PROTECTION

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, which complies with the GDPR and is available on our website.
