Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Peter Kovács – oboe-reeds.com. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth return and refund process in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws of the European Union and the Slovak Republic.
Returns
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with original packaging and all components intact. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@oboe-reeds.com before sending back any items. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. In case of withdrawal from the contract, use the sample withdrawal form and send it to info@oboereeds.com.
Non-returnable Items
Please note that the following items are non-returnable due to their nature or hygienic reasons:
- Reeds (oboe or English horn),
- Custom-made or personalized items,
- Digital or downloadable goods
- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items,
- Items marked as 'sale' or purchased with a discount code,
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product. We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@oboe-reeds.com.
